TheVault sells a digital catalogue. No physical item is shipped or exchanged, and the catalogue is delivered as soon as you pay, so all payments are final and non-refundable.
TheVault is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on AI estimates or from the service being unavailable. We may update these terms, and continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

TheVault does not keep a copy of your photos or catalogue after you close the page, so download your catalogue before you leave. Payments are handled by PayPal under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your photos or personal information.
